Someone once asked me what the difference was between real estate photography Los Angeles and portrait photography. Real estate photography involves paying a lot of attention to angles, lines, and composition.
It requires an attention to detail, light colors, and overall ambiance. It also requires editing ability completely different from portrait photography.
Cost
$100/hour for typical real estate photos. Typical, 3,000 square foot house takes about 2 hours to shoot.
Drone photography: available upon request, additional $100 per home.
What you get:
Typically about 20-30 images per home, interior and exterior. Any special requests or features you’d like to emphasize, just let me know!
